Workshops

Design for Monday
A workshop is not an event; it is an intervention. If nothing changes in how the team works the following week, the day was theater. We design every session backward from the behavior we hope to see afterward.
That means fewer slides and more decisions, fewer abstractions and more artifacts the team can carry into their real work. The room should feel like practice for the job, not a break from it.
The structure we trust
Open with a shared picture of reality, narrow toward the few choices that matter, and close with owners and dates. Momentum is the real deliverable, and it starts before anyone leaves the room.
